capitalism is not only dysfunctional as an economic system, it brings out the absolute WORST in people. like people are not naturally as greedy as bezos, bezos grew up under capitalism and followed the path of success that it entails and encourages (exploitation and horrid business practices to maximize profit and crush competition).

in the documentary “the corporation” they address that these especially greedy ceos are not ‘a few bad apples’. they’re products of a profit-driven system.

as I said in an old post, no one is born with the idea “I’d like to use underpaid child labor to make my company’s shoes”, but CEOs sure do. itsthecapitalism.jpg is what i’m saying anyways end this system before the climate fucks us
